As an American tourist visiting Scotland, staying at the inviting 2-Bed Barn near Muirkirk was an absolute delight. the location, just 30 km from Glasgow Prestwick Airport, made it easily accessible yet still nestled in a peaceful rural setting. the accommodations were cozy and well-appointed, with a lovely fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen for self-catering. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. the free WiFi and complimentary parking were convenient amenities that added to our overall comfort and convenience. We even took advantage of the shared bathrooms, which were clean and well-maintained. Exploring the local points of interest, such as Celtic Park and Ayr, was made easy due to the central location of the vacation home. It was a truly memorable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the Scottish countryside.
